We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items that you have changed your mind about are not acceptable for a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags still on and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

In order for us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you, upon receipt of your purchase please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item in error.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days once your refund is approved to receive your refunded amount.
